The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC folder andfinished with welding and manual polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Next, the second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for Hi-Lift jack holes and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to enhanced driving comfort in off-road use and improves safety, giving the vehicle an exclusive character. The kit includes all necessary mounting elements.
