The product is first laser-cut, then bent in a CNC press brake and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step is to apply the coating for corrosion protection by hot dipping and zinc powder coating. A second coat of paint is then applied for the bumper’s final finish.
This bumper has mounting holes for a Hi-Lift type jack and holes for lights.
The heavy-duty 3 mm to 5 mm steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely helps improve driving comfort off-road, improves the vehicle’s safety and appearance and gives the car an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the items needed for installation.
