Main structure made of 3mm to 5mm steel sheet.
With zinc powder anti-corrosion coating plus finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC folding machine and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then the second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows the full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and allows for winch use, improves safety, enhances appearance, giving the vehicle an exclusive character. The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional items (for example, shackle, lights, winch guide) that may be visible in the images but can be purchased as an option.
