The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC folder andfinished with welding and manual polishing.. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot dipping and zinc powder coating. Then a second paint layer is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and light holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and allows for winch use, improves safety and appearance, giving the car an exclusive character..
The kit includes all necessary mounting elements.
The set does not include any additional items (e.g. shackle, lights, winch guide) that may be visible in the images but can be purchased as an option.
