The product is first laser-cut, then bent using a CNC press brake and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.

This bumper features mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack points, and light mounts.

The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.

The kit includes all necessary components for installation.
