The main structure made of 3mm to 5mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus a finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot dip immersion and powder coating with zinc. A second layer of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack points, and headlight holes.
The construction of reinforced steel allows the full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and allows the use of a winch, improves safety, enhances its appearance, and gives the car an exclusive character. The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional elements (e.g. shackle, headlights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
