The main structure is made of steel sheet ranging from 3 mm to 5 mm.
With zinc anti-corrosion powder coating plus finish layer.
The product is first laser-cut, then bent using a CNC press brake, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. The second layer of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for Hi-Lift type and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in offroad use, enhances safety and its appearance, gives the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary elements for installation.
The set does not include any additional elements (e.g., shackle, headlights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
