The main structure of the bumper is made from 4 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With zinc anticorrosion powder coating plus a finishing layer.
The product is first laser-cut, then bent using a CNC press brake, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for recovery rings, Hi-Lift jack points.
The reinforced steel construction allows full utilization of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in offroad use, enhances safety and its appearance, gives the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary components for installation.
The set does not include any additional elements (e.g., rings, shackles,...) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.

The bumper requires homologation. All our products are painted by default in matte black (RAL 9005) but can be requested in any color from the RAL palette.
