How can I register?

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes, of course. Within your account, in the "Addresses" section, you can add as many shipping addresses as you need. Moreover, these can be different from the billing addresses.
Where can I see my order and invoice history?
Within your account, in the "Order History and Invoices" section, you will see all the purchases you have made at DREAM Fontanilles. From here, you can download all the invoices and even duplicate an order to streamline the purchasing process for parts you need regularly.
How do I know if I have purchase credit?
Within your account, in the "Credit Receipts" section, you will find accumulated credit from any returns you have made. You can use this credit for future purchases by following the steps during the online purchasing process.
How do I know if I have a discount voucher?
Within your account, in the "Vouchers" section, you will see the discount codes that you can use for future purchases. To apply it, you must enter it in the "Promotional Code" section that you will find in the order summary before entering your payment details during the purchasing process.
Can I save products to a wish list?
Indeed. From the product page, when you are browsing the website, you can mark a product as a favorite. It will be saved in a wish list that you can view from your account in the "My Wish List" section.

Questions about the purchasing process

How do I search for a product on the website?
You can use the store's search bar by entering the reference or name of the product you need. You can also filter by brand and model of your vehicle, and the results will show parts that are suitable for it. Finally, you can access the category of the products you need by using the main menu, where you will see the products categorized within that category.
I can't find the product I need. Can you help me?
Of course. Contact us by sending us a WhatsApp or calling 667727651, or by sending an email to comercial@dream-fontanilles.com. We will help you find the part you need.
How do I place my order?
To place an order, you just need to click on a product and then on the "Add to Cart" button, and it will be automatically added to your shopping cart. At that moment, you will see a message indicating that the product has been successfully added to your cart. Once you have added the last item you want to buy, you just have to click the "Confirm Order" button or at any other time by clicking on the cart icon located in the upper right corner of the page to access the shopping cart and complete the order after entering your shipping and payment details.
How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
On the product page, you will see a green message stating "Product in stock," ensuring that there is stock available. If the message that appears is "Check availability" in red, you can still purchase it, and we will notify you as soon as it is available to ship to you as soon as possible.
How do I know which items I have accumulated in my cart?
You just have to click on the shopping cart, and all the products you have accumulated will appear. If you want to remove any of them, simply click on the trash can icon next to the number of units.

How do I know the status of my order?
You will be able to access the status of your order at any time from the moment you confirm the order within your registered account Additionally, we will send emails with updates on the status of your order, from the moment you place the order until it is marked as shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our commitment to delivery times for Spain and Portugal is 2 to 8 days maximum. Orders placed on our website before 1:00 PM on weekdays will be prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day; for orders placed after 1:00 PM, the delivery time to the carrier will be extended by 24 hours.
Do you have an express or urgent shipping option?
Yes, we offer you the option to deliver the product within the next 24 hours, as long as you place the order during business hours from Monday to Friday. If you place the order on the weekend, we will not be able to process it until Monday, in which case you will receive it on Tuesday.
What are the shipping costs?

Can I return a product?
