The main structure of the bumper is made of 4mm and 5mm steel sheet.
The set includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus a finishing layer.

The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and powder coating with zinc. Then a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting points for tow rings.
