The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folding machine, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.

This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and light holes.

The reinforced steel construction allows the bumper to be fully utilized in any situation.

The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort when off-roading and allows for winch use, improves safety, enhances appearance, and gives the vehicle an exclusive character. The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional elements (e.g., shackle, lights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
