The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and powder coating with zinc. A second coat of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and allows for the use of a winch, improves safety, enhances the appearance, and gives the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional items (for example, shackle, headlights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
