The product is first laser-cut, then bent using a CNC press brake and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step is to apply a coating for corrosion protection by hot dipping and zinc powder coating. A second coat of paint is then applied for the bumper’s final finish.
This bumper has mounting holes for recovery rings and holes for a Hi-Lift type jack.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely helps improve driving comfort off-road and allows the use of a winch, improves the vehicle’s safety and appearance and gives the car an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the items needed for installation.
The set does not include the additional items (for example, shackle, lights, winch fairlead) that may be visible in the images, but these can be purchased as options.

All our products are usually painted matt black RAL 9005. You can request other colours from the RAL palette.
