The main structure is made of 4mm to 5mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing coat.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating by hot-dip galvanizing and zinc powder coating. A second layer of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings and Hi-Lift jack. The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and allows for winch use, improves safety, enhances its appearance, and gives the car an exclusive character. The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional items (e.g., shackle, lights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
