The main structure of the bumper is made of 4 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing layer
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and powder coating of zinc. Then a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use and enables use of the winch, improves safety, and appearance, giving the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional elements (for example, shackle, headlights, winch guide) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper may differ in some features from the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible delivery date. The bumper is not approved. All our products are usually painted in matte black RAL 9005. You can request them in other colors from the RAL palette.
