The main structure of the bumper is made of 3mm and 5mm steel sheet.
With zinc powder anticorrosion coating plus finishing coat.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step is to apply the anti-corrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting points for tow rings and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows the bumper to be used in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use, improves safety and appearance, giving the car an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional elements (for example, rings, shackles, etc.) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper may differ in some features from the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible delivery date. The bumper requires approval. All our products are default painted in matte black color (RAL 9005) but can be requested in any color from the RAL palette.
