The main structure of the bumper is made of 3mm and 5mm steel sheet.
With corrosion-resistant zinc powder coating plus finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and powder coating with zinc. A second coat of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting points for tow rings and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows the bumper to be used in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use, improves safety and appearance, giving the car an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional items (for example, rings, shackles, etc.) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.

The bumper requires approval. All our products are default painted in matte black color (RAL 9005) but can be requested in any color from the RAL palette.
