The main structure of the bumper is made of 3 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC folder and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating through hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating with zinc. Then a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack points, and fog light holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to better driving comfort in off-road use and allows for the use of a winch, improves safety, enhances appearance, and gives the car an exclusive character. The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional items (e.g. shackle, lights, winch fairlead) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.

The bumper requires approval. All our products are usually painted in matte black RAL 9005. You can request them in other colors from the RAL palette.
