The main structure of the bumper is made of 4 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With corrosion-resistant zinc powder coating plus a finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the anticorrosion coating by hot dip galvanizing and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to better driving comfort in off-road use, improves safety, enhances appearance, giving the car an exclusive character. The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional items (for example, rings, shackles,...) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper may differ in some features from the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible delivery date. The bumper requires approval. All our products are default painted in matte black color (RAL 9005) but can be requested in any color from the RAL palette.
