Main structure made of 3mm to 5mm steel plate.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing coat.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder, and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. A second layer of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack holes, and light holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows the bumper to be used in any situation. The bumper definitely contributes to better driving comfort in off-road use, allows for winch use, improves safety, enhances appearance, and gives the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly. The set does not include any additional items (e.g., shackle, lights, winch guide) that may be shown in the images but can be purchased as an option.
