The product is first laser-cut, then bent in a CNC press brake and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step is to apply the coating for corrosion protection by hot dipping and zinc powder coating. A second coat of paint is then applied for the bumper’s final finish.
This bumper has mounting holes for recovery rings, holes for a Hi-Lift type jack and holes for lights.
The reinforced steel construction allows full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely helps improve driving comfort during off-road use and allows a winch to be used, improves the vehicle’s safety and appearance, and gives it an exclusive character.
The kit includes all the items needed for installation.
The set does not include the additional items (for example, shackle, lights, winch fairlead) that may be visible in the images, but these can be purchased as options.
