The product is first cut with a laser, then bent in a CNC folder and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the anticorrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, the second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for Hi-Lift jack holes and headlight holes.
Constructed from reinforced steel of 3 mm to 5 mm allows the full use of the bumper in any situation.
