The main structure is made of 3 mm to 5 mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finish layer.

The product is first laser-cut, then bent using a CNC press brake, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anti-corrosion coating by hot-dip immersion and zinc powder coating. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for Hi-Lift jack points and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.
