These side steps or running boards are made with tubing of Ø 76 mm. The product is initially laser-cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and achieves the correct shape through manual finishing. After completion, the next step is anti-corrosion protection which involves hot-dip galvanizing, and electrostatic powder coating. Then, they are covered with aluminum plates, giving them the final appearance.
The side steps protect the vehicle against protruding tree branches, rocks, or other obstacles. Additionally, they make it easier to enter and exit the vehicle, and the corrugated aluminum coating prevents slipping on the step.
Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the compliance of the requested products and the possible delivery date. The side steps/running boards are painted in matte black RAL 9005 as standard.
