These side steps or rock sliders are made from Ø 76 mm tubing. The product is first laser-cut, bent on a CNC press brake and given the correct shape through manual finishing.
Corrosion protection is then applied by hot-dip galvanising and an electrostatic powder paint coating. They are then covered with aluminium plates to give them their finished appearance.
The side steps protect the vehicle against protruding tree branches, stones or other obstacles. They also make entering and leaving the vehicle easier, and the corrugated aluminium covering prevents slipping on the step.
