These footboards or rocker panels are made with 76 mm Ø tubing. The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and the correct shape is obtained through manual finishing. After finishing this step, the next is the anti-corrosion protection involving hot-dip galvanizing, and electrostatic powder paint coating. Then, they are covered with aluminum plates, giving them the final appearance.
The footboards protect the vehicle from protruding tree branches, stones, or other obstacles. Additionally, they make it easier to get in and out of the vehicle, and the corrugated aluminum coating prevents slipping on the step.
Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the compliance of the requested products and the possible delivery date. The footboards / rocker panels are painted in matte black RAL 9005 as standard. You can request other colors from the RAL palette.
