Aeroklas is at the forefront of the manufacture and development of hardtops, being the first company in the world to offer double-layer hardtops manufactured in ABS. Both internal and external housings are moulded together to give you the double strength and durability that a single-leaf hardtop offering greater impact resistance and recovery capacity after an eventual impact.

Each housing is thermoformed from a single piece of ABS without joints or weak areas. Aeroklas hardtops have passed through pendulum tests of up to 200 kg, with impressive resistance without cracks.

The outer case with smooth finish is painted with robotic machinery according to the most demanding standards of each car brand. The paint has UV protection to ensure durability over the years and in any environmental condition.

The interior offers an attractive textured finish, without external wiring. All the rigid roofs of Aeroklas are made of 100% recyclable ABS.
