HARDTOP IN ABS STYLISH WITH WINDOWS AEROKLAS

Aeroklas is at the forefront of the manufacture and development of hardtops, being the first company in the world to offer double-layered hardtops manufactured in ABS. Both internal and external housings are moulded together to give you the double strength and durability that a single-leaf hardtop offering greater impact resistance and recovery capacity after an eventual impact.

Each housing is thermoformed from a single piece of ABS without joints or weak areas. Aeroklas hard tops have passed through pendulum tests of up to 200 kg, with impressive resistance and without cracks.

The outer case with smooth finish is painted with robotic machinery according to the most demanding standards of each car brand. The paint has UV protection to ensure durability over the years and in any environmental condition.

The interior offers an attractive textured finish, without external wiring. All the rigid roofs of Aeroklas are made of 100% recyclable ABS.

Windows configuration

Aeroklas covers offer a simple closure design with a single blanket on the back. This has the same keys as the side windows, which are supported by gas dampers that allow to keep the windows open. The rear door includes ink security glass of approximately 5 mm thick, which offers an excellent rear view for the driver along with visual security from the outside of the vehicle.

Aeroklas rigid ceilings for Toyota Hilux Revo have double elevation side windows for the best accessibility to the inner box. Each window contains two handles at each end and can be blocked with the key game that comes with hardtop. They also have a sliding front window that allows a great ventilation for pets.
