Reinforcement support for the rear tray compatible with Ford Ranger PX4/P703 (Double Cab) and Raptor (Double Cab) from 2023 to 12/2024.

 

This information applies to vehicles manufactured before December 2024. The vehicle manufacturer made changes to the load bed reinforcement in November 2024, which resolved this issue.

• To preserve the structural integrity of the pickup’s load bed, Ford recommends fitting reinforcement brackets (J-brace) when installing accessories on the vehicle’s bed rail.

• In practice, this means that accessories (for example, hardtops) that extend above the side wall of the rear load bed and weigh more than 45 kg require a J-shaped reinforcement. The part in question is shown in blue in the image.

• If the brackets are not fitted, the warranty on products manufactured by Aeroklas could be invalidated.
