These step bars or rocker panels are made with 76 mm Ø pipe. The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press brake and shaped correctly through manual finishing. After completing the next step is the anti-corrosion protection involving hot-dip galvanizing, and electrostatic powder paint coating. Then, they are covered with aluminum plates, giving them the final appearance.

The step bars protect the vehicle against protruding tree branches, stones, or other obstacles. Additionally, they make it easier to get in and out of the vehicle, and the corrugated aluminum coating prevents slipping on the step.
