This kit includes our excellent Pedders TrakRyder foam cell shock absorbers, front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, as well as the necessary bushings and U-bolts for installation.
This is the entry-level lift kit designed primarily to raise the vehicle and improve ground clearance. If you regularly carry heavy loads or tow a trailer, then this may be one of the best heavy-duty kit options.
This kit will raise the vehicle approx. 45 mm (see actual dimensions below) allowing for better ground clearance and a more stylish look. It can be used to accommodate larger tires. The quoted dimensions assume a standard vehicle. If you have additional front-end equipment such as a winch or a bull bar, this will affect the final installed height. If this is the case, please contact us as it may be necessary to supply different springs for your application.
For those using the vehicle under constant load, consider one of our heavy-duty options.
Please note that, starting from the 2019 model, some D-Max vehicles come with a softer and compatible rear leaf spring. Installing this kit will make the rear of your vehicle ride firmer.
The new softer leaf springs have 3 leaves, 2 primary and 1 secondary. The other stiffer set has 5 leaves, 3 primary and 2 secondary.
These components replace the original elements. No other modifications to the vehicle are necessary. After installation, we highly recommend getting a wheel alignment for optimal vehicle performance.
