This kit is used to replace the Original Self-Leveling Suspension. No modifications to the vehicle are required. No additional parts are needed.
"Will my vehicle really return to its original driving height?" Definitely yes!
The original self-leveling system has a much weaker spring than what would normally be used to support the weight of the car. In this application, the shock absorber has a built-in hydraulic self-leveling function. This function, unlike a normal shock absorber, also bears some of the weight of the vehicle.
As a result, the failure of the automatic leveling function is what causes the vehicle to sag, as it now relies solely on the spring to support the weight of the vehicle.
Pedders Suspension solves this problem by providing a set of shock absorbers and springs specifically designed for this purpose. You can purchase with full confidence that the vehicle will have the correct height and your troublesome and expensive self-leveling shock absorbers will be a thing of the past.
Additionally, these vehicles tend to be under-damped, especially when towing. Installing the Pedders kit will improve control in these circumstances.

Please note that the vehicle height measurements are based on 16-inch wheels. This does not mean it only fits cars with 16-inch wheels. The kit will fit regardless of wheel size.
