The main structure of the bumper is made of 4mm to 5mm thick steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing coat.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent with a CNC folder, and finished with welding and manual polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating through hot-dip immersion and powder coating with zinc. Then, a second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for tow rings, and Hi-Lift jack holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows the bumper to be used in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use, improves safety, enhances appearance, and gives the car an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional items (for example, rings, shackles, etc.) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.

The bumper requires approval. All our products are default painted in matte black color (RAL 9005) but can be requested in any color from the RAL palette.
