Main structure made of 3mm to 5mm steel sheet.
With anti-corrosion zinc powder coating plus finishing layer.
The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press brake, and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step involves applying the anticorrosion coating by hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating with zinc. A second layer of paint is then applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper features mounting holes for tow rings, Hi-Lift jack points, and headlight holes.
The reinforced steel construction allows for full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a better driving comfort in off-road use, allows for winch use, improves safety and appearance, giving the vehicle an exclusive character.
The kit includes all necessary mounting elements.
The set does not include any additional items (e.g., shackle, lights, winch guides) that may be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
