The Pedders Air Assist pneumatic suspension kits for vehicles with coil springs will level your vehicle and assist with more effective braking and handling, even with heavy loads and adverse road conditions.
Vehicles for recreation and work can be comfortably used even when loaded with the maximum gross vehicle weight. The airbags work with the existing suspension to help carry this load, allowing maximizing safe load capacity, providing a longer life for the springs, and less tire wear.

As the load increases, the distance between the frame and the axle bump stop decreases, meaning less is needed to reach the suspension's limit and cause damage. The assist kits allow maintaining the desired height regardless of the load condition, maximizing suspension travel and reducing the possibility of damage, suspension fatigue, and abrupt displacement from reaching the suspension limit.

Unbalanced loads can cause the front of the vehicle to lose contact with the road and even result in insufficient illumination of the road by the headlights, causing steering issues. The kit maintains the correct vehicle level and geometry, preventing such problems and thereby increasing safety.
Due to the auxiliary airbags being able to inflate or deflate to adapt to variable road conditions or load, steering, balance, and handling can be optimized.
The adjustable nature of the air assist system allows leveling from front to back and side to side on the existing suspension system.
