The Pedders Air Assist air suspension kits for vehicles with coil springs will level your vehicle and assist with more effective braking and handling, even with heavy loads and adverse road conditions.

Reduced maintenance and repair costs

Recreational and work vehicles can be comfortably used even when loaded with the maximum gross vehicle weight. The airbags work with the existing suspension to help carry this load, allowing maximizing safe load capacity, providing a longer life for the springs, and reducing tire wear.

Allows full suspension travel even with maximum load

As the load increases, the distance between the frame and the axle stop decreases, meaning it takes less to reach the suspension stop and cause damage. The assist kits allow maintaining the desired height regardless of the loading condition, maximizing suspension travel and reducing the possibility of damage, suspension fatigue, and sudden displacement due to reaching the suspension stop.

Increased safety

Unbalanced loads can cause the front of the vehicle to reduce contact with the road and even prevent the headlights from adequately illuminating the road, leading to steering problems. The kit maintains the correct vehicle level and its geometry, preventing these issues and thus increasing safety.

Improved handling and greater stability

Due to the adjustable auxiliary airbags that can inflate or deflate to adapt to variable road conditions or load, steering, balance, and handling can be optimized.

Adjustability

The adjustable nature of the air assist system allows leveling from front to back and side to side in the existing suspension system.
