Reduced maintenance and repair costs

Recreational and work vehicles can be used comfortably even when loaded to their maximum gross weight. The air springs work alongside the existing suspension to help carry this load, maximise safe load capacity, extend spring life and reduce tyre wear.

Provides full suspension travel even at maximum load

As the load increases, the distance between the chassis and the axle bump stop decreases. This leaves less travel before the suspension bottoms out and may cause damage. Assist kits maintain the desired height under any load conditions. This maximises suspension travel and reduces the risk of damage, suspension fatigue and harsh movement when bottoming out.

Greater safety

Unbalanced loads can reduce contact between the front of the vehicle and the road, cause the headlights to provide insufficient road illumination and create steering problems. The kit keeps the vehicle correctly level and maintains its geometry, preventing these problems and improving safety.

Improved handling and greater stability

As the auxiliary air springs can be inflated or deflated to suit changing road or load conditions, steering, balance and handling can be optimised.

Adjustability

The air-assist system is adjustable and can level the vehicle from front to rear and side to side, working with the existing suspension.
