The Pedders Air Assist suspension kits for vehicles with coil springs will level your vehicle and assist with more effective braking and handling, even with heavy loads and adverse road conditions.
Recreational and work vehicles can be comfortably used even when loaded with the vehicle's maximum gross weight. The airbags work with the existing suspension to help carry this load, allowing you to maximize safe load capacity, providing a longer lifespan for the springs and reduced tire wear.

As the load increases, the distance between the chassis and the axle stop is reduced, meaning less is needed to reach the suspension stop and cause damage. The assist kits allow maintaining the desired height regardless of the load condition, maximizing suspension travel and reducing the possibility of damage, suspension fatigue, and harsh jolts from reaching the suspension stop.

Unbalanced loads can cause the front of the vehicle to reduce road contact and even cause the headlights to inadequately illuminate the road, leading to steering issues. The kit maintains the correct vehicle level and, in turn, its geometry, preventing these issues and thus increasing safety.
Since the auxiliary airbags can be inflated or deflated to adapt to varying road or load conditions, steering, balance, and handling can be optimized.
The adjustable nature of the air assist system allows leveling from front to back and side to side within the existing suspension system.
