The main structure of the bumper is made of 4 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With powder coating zinc anticorrosion more finishing layer.
The product is cut first with laser, then folded into a CNC folder and finished with manual welding and polishing. The next step is to apply the coating anti-corruption by hot immersion and zinc powder coating. Then the second layer of paint is applied for the final finish of the bumper.
This bumper has assembly points for drag rings.
Reinforced steel construction allows the use of bumpers in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to better driving comfort in offroad use, improves safety and its appearance, gives the car the exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional element (e.g. rings, shackles, etc.) that can be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper can differ in some features of the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible date of delivery. The bumper requires approval. All our products are painted by default in matt black (RAL 9005) but you can request them in any color of the RAL palette.
