The main structure of the bumper is made of 4 mm and 5 mm steel sheet.
With powder coating zinc anticorrosion more finishing layer.
The product is cut first with laser, then folded into a CNC folder and ends with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the coating anticorrosion by hot immersion and zinc powder coating. Then apply the second layer of paint for the finish end of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for drag rings, holes for cat type Hi-Lift.
Reinforced steel construction allows the full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a best driving comfort in offroad use, improves security and its appearance, gives the car the exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional element (e.g. rings, shackles, etc.) that can be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper can differ in some features of the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible date of delivery. The bumper requires approval. All our products are painted by default in matt black (RAL 9005) but you can request them in any color of the RAL palette.
