The product is cut first with laser, then folded into a CNC folder and ends with welding and manual polishing. The next step is to apply the coating anticorrosion by hot immersion and zinc powder coating. Then apply the second layer of paint for the finish end of the bumper.
This bumper has mounting holes for drag rings, holes for cat type Hi-Lift and holes for lighthouses.
Reinforced steel construction allows the full use of the bumper in any situation.
The bumper definitely contributes to a best driving comfort in offroad use and allows a use of the winch , improves security and its appearance, gives the car the exclusive character.
The kit includes all the necessary elements for assembly.
The set does not include any additional elements (e.g. shackle, headlights, winch guide) that can be seen in the images but can be purchased as an option.
The bumper can differ in some features of the bumper shown in the image. Before placing an order, contact us to confirm the conformity of the ordered products and the possible date of delivery. The bumper is not homologated. All our products are usually painted in matt black RAL 9005. You can request them in other colors in the RAL palette.
