Made of aeronautical grade aluminum 7075:
When it is only worth the best, this alloy recovery hook is made of 7075 aeronautical grade aluminum, which makes it not only incredibly strong, but also light. This easy-to-use rear hook with shackles is significantly lighter than any steel trailer hook on the market, with a weight of just over 1 kg.
A worldwide AUSTRALIANO finish:
In understanding the weaknesses of finishes around the world, we have worked with local coating specialists to find the best solution. The Australian prismatic powder coating on our aluminum rear hooks provides strong UV stability combined with dazzling colors that will surely impress. There are a variety of colors available, including red, blue, pink, dark grey and more.
Suitable for soft shackles and ropes:
We don't see a reason to design a metal product that then requires that metal be added to the system, so this recovery trailer hook is easy to use with shackles and ropes. While some metal shackles can fit in, we actively suggest using soft strings or shackles when possible.
Flexibility of design:
Designed to adapt to a standard 50 mm/2” trailer hook and can be installed on the vertical and horizontal axis.
Soft twin braiding of 9 000kg:
This 8 mm soft shackle is designed to be a safer, strong, lighter and easy-to-use alternative to metal shackles. With a nominal capacity of 9000 kg, this is a very strong soft shackle. This shackle can be used for all types of vehicle recovery, as well as marine, agriculture and more. Having tested the shackles in an NATA-accredited facility in Melbourne, Knowledge Offroad shackles work at a higher level compared to many other proven products in the competition. As with the other products of the range of soft shackles Learn Offroad, this product is designed to be a safer, stronger, lighter and easy-to-use alternative to metal shackles.
