This kit includes our excellent shock absorbers Pedders TrakRyder foam cell, front helical springs, new rear crossbows, as well as U shells and bolts necessary to install them.
This is the input level lifting kit and is designed primarily to lift the vehicle and improve the distance to the ground. If you transport heavy loads regularly or tow a trailer, then you can consider it one of the best heavy duty kit options.
This kit will lift the vehicle approx. 40 mm (see the real dimensions below) that allow you a better distance to the ground and win in elegance. It can be used to accommodate larger tyres. The above dimensions assume a standard vehicle. If you have additional equipment on board at the front, such as a winch or a defense, this will affect the final height installed. If this is the case, contact us as it may be necessary to supply different springs for your application.

This kit is for those who subject your vehicle to significant changes in the load on a regular basis, and for those who the full load condition is greater than our 803246 heavy service kit can accommodate and where a stiffer rear spring would introduce an unacceptably tough driving in the unloaded state. .
This kit enhances the load transport capacity compared to the standard HILUX rear crossbow, while allowing for loadless operation. However, our rear crossbow, combined with our special valve damper, allows us to maintain a level of unloaded driving comfort comparable to the standard vehicle.
While the rear crossbow in this kit is more resistant than the standard crossbow, there is a limit for what it can support. To help with this, this team comes with BALONAS extra air. These are installed between the rear crossbows and chassis rails. The kit that is supplied requires that you inflate with an airline with a valve (the same one used to inflate the tires) when you are heavily charged to lift the back of the vehicle to an acceptable height. A serious choice of air compressor, to swell from the inside of the room, is available buying our kit 499000.

Note that, from the 2019 model, some D-Max are supplied with a smoother and more compatible rear crossbow. The installation of this kit will make driving at the back of your vehicle firmer.
The new softer crossbows have 3 leaves, 2 primary and one secondary. The other stiffer set has 5 leaves, 3 primary and 2 secondary.
a load recommended Minimum of 300 kg in the back at all times. However, keep in mind that a hartop and an average trailer hook will be 130-150 kg.
These components replace the original elements. No other vehicle modifications are required. After mounting, we strongly recommend a wheel alignment for optimal performance of your vehicle.
