This kit includes our excellent shock absorbers Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell, front helical springs, new rear crossbows, as well as U-mounted caps and bolts necessary to install them.
This is our kit heavy service third level and is designed primarily to lift the vehicle and improve its load and trailer capacity.
If your Hilux is currently low in the back when tow or carry load, and you operate in this condition all the time, then this kit offers a significant improvement compared to the standard vehicle.
This kit is for those who drive your vehicle very loaded all the time. It is not recommended to operate the vehicle without charge with this kit. Vendors recommend a minimum load of 600 kg in the back at all times. However, keep in mind that a capota and an average trailer bar will be 130-150 kg.
This kit will lift the vehicle in approx. 40 mm (see the actual dimensions below) that allow a better distance to the ground and a better appearance. It can be used to accommodate larger tyres. The above dimensions assume a standard vehicle. If you have additional equipment on board at the front, such as a winch or a defense, this will affect the final height installed. If this is the case, contact us as it may be necessary to supply different springs for your application.
Fully assembled Ezifit tips in this kit allow quick and easy installation in your vehicle. These have a foam cell damper Pedders, a spring Pedders, as well as a new top and top mounting boot. It is not necessary to use spring compressors or reuse old parts. Just torment directly.
After mounting, we strongly recommend a wheel alignment for optimal performance of your vehicle.
