Each housing is thermoformed from a single piece of ABS, without joints or weak areas, subjected to rigorous pendulum tests that demonstrate its impressive resistance, without showing cracks.
The exterior housing with a smooth finish is accurately painted using robotic machinery, meeting the demanding standards of each car brand. The paint is designed with UV protection to ensure the durability of the finish over the years, regardless of environmental conditions.
The interior offers an attractive textured finish and is designed without external wiring. All the rigid roofs of Aeroklas are 100% recyclable and are committed to sustainability.
