The shock absorbers Trakryder with dual pipe Foam Cell technology are high performance shock absorbers to allow constant and accurate control of the march without compromising the driving comfort on the most demanding terrains.
In normal conditions, the oil passes through the piston valves offering the necessary control, but in demanding conditions the effect of 'cavitation' in which small gas bubbles mixed with oil can be produced. These bubbles are easily compressible so that the damper performance is significantly reduced.
The shock absorbers TrackRyder of Pedders having a greater thickness and therefore a larger diameter piston offers better control of the oil flow through its valves in normal conditions. In demanding or even extreme conditions, the damper maintains efficiency thanks to technology foam cell which prevents bubbles from occurring while facilitating heat dissipation. Thus, this technology offers reliable and effective performance in all conditions. (see video at foot)
Another advantage of a dual tube design like the Pedders TrakRyder, especially in off-road driving, is that if stones are raised that strike the body of the damper and abolish it, it will not be damaged and will not therefore affect the functioning of the damper.
