Description

Silentblocks Pedders

The Silentbloks of polyurethane Pedders are essential components designed to provide exceptional resistance and durability in various suspension applications. Manufactured with high quality polyurethane, these shells are designed to withstand extreme tensions, compressions and frictions, keeping their hardness even in adverse conditions.

Especially manufactured for models Toyota 4runner from 1989 to 1996, Hilux 4WD from 1997 to 2005, Land Rover Defender from 1983 to 2006, Discovery Series 1 from 1991 to 1999 and Range Rover Series 1 1972 to 1994.

Its construction includes hardened crushing tubes that prolong its useful life and prevent slide or deformation. The presence of a double helix against the outer diameter of the crushing tube provides a stable axial position while allowing a complete rotation of the pivot. In addition, it acts as a fat deposit that further improves the useful life of the product.

The shells are also moulded for additional wear protection under heavy load conditions and feature bullet slots that guarantee the correct preload and adapt to a wide variety of sizes, keeping the bearings free pivot.

These Silentbloks are ideal for applications where a firm suspension and precise control is required, such as heavy-duty vehicles or in environments where regular exposure to corrosive materials is expected.
