The ceramic brake shoes Pedders TrakRyder are suitable for improving the braking capacity in vehicles equipped with a rear drum brake that regularly transport or tow heavy loads.
Compared to traditional semi-metallic drum shoes, the ceramic brake shoes Pedders TrakRyder they are less abrasive (and therefore have a long service life) and maintain the braking capacity even at high temperatures produced by intensive use.
These ceramic brake shoes have gG friction coefficient, which provides a greater efficiency of both cold and hot braking and a wider temperature range than standard FF-classing shoes. This is important when towing or transporting a load.
